Today I was tired, but I managed to pull together some applesauce and slices of swiss cheese for breakfast. I also swam between classes and I am glad that I did. It was a total of 30 minutes again. I think these little workouts are going to help me through these super busy upcoming months.
I spent a lot of time wondering how I am going to make it with evening classes in addition to everything else. I already feel so tired without the added time commitment. I guess one way or another, I am going to make it! Even if it means swimming in the middle of my workday. It may take a few extra moments of preparation to get my swim stuff together and it may seem a little inconvenient to jump into the pool in the middle of the day for only a half hour, but it is those little efforts that can make a big difference.
I am nervous about my changing schedule. I have already had crazy sugar cravings. I will use this as an opportunity to practice transitioning smoothly. I want to leave all my doubts and reasons why I can’t succeed at the door. I need to learn to believe in myself.
Ruby and I took a much needed nap when I got home from work. Then we went for our walk and ran for a block. After that I gave into my craving for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. I won’t spend time indulging in guilt for that one tonight :).

Our walk was a great warm-up for this “Hit My Abs Hard” workout. Give it a try!!!
After that killer ab blaster I did this “Fat Burning Dance Workout to Bodypop” I really like how Cassey broke down the choreography into easy steps to follow. By the end you can rock out with confidence!
My favorite workout of the day was this “Lean and Toned Arms PIIT” I really want to work on good posture and carrying myself confidently. I think this workout is a great start and will definitely be on repeat!
I finished my workout session strongly with this “Fat Destroyer” workout!!!
I feel great about the fact that I did all four of the recommended workouts for Cassey’s program. That was a first for me. I have been doing all except one. By the end of this series I was sweating hard. It feels good to know that I can complete effective workouts in the comfort and convenience of my own home! You can do it too!!!
Today’s Word of the Day is:
- to caress, fondle, or pet amorously
I thought this word was quite fitting with all the “pet talk” I have been doing lately. Between the cat, the kitten, and the puppy; they keep me busy and they are like family :).
Thanks for stopping by! I hope to see you soon!
Love, Joy, and Blessings Always,
