We all find peace and clarity in different ways.
Some people go for long walks and the movement, fresh air, and quiet time gives them a chance to process things and think deeper.
Other folks like to run it out or hit the gym.
There are the musicians who express themselves through song. Conveying different emotions and inspiring others to sing and dance along.
Computer people get lost in the world wide web, or learning a new technology, and battling it out in the midst of a video game.
And others like a quieter approach starting or ending their day with yoga or meditation.
Sometimes talking it out with friends and family can be helpful and beneficial.
I find my sense of clarity this evening as I was cleaning and organizing our home…
